Just verifying that you've tried a different, known working USB-C charging cable and also a known working compatible phone charger and the phone will still not charge when using either one of them, is this correct?

If so here's the troubleshooting guide for the phone.

Go to p.10 (of 50 pdf) and follow the flow chart to see where the problem may be.

Use the search function in your browser to locate the components mentioned in the flowchart, in the board layout diagrams on p.4→p.5. You will need to zoom in a lot to see them
