My phone is on but is black
My phone was on a download thing which was blue saying don't turn off
Then suddenly it turned black since morning until know what can I do it is on but black

Sounds like it was preforming and update and didn't complete properly. Try a hard restart simultaneously press and hold the power button and the volume down button for more than 7-10 seconds, until the phone restarts and displays the Samsung logo. If the issue continues it is likely the phone had a software error when it updated.

I hold down the power and volume button down and the screen comes on but goes off really fast. It's a galaxy a02s
