Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.
Turn off the TV and then disconnect the power cord from the wall power outlet. Press and hold the TV's power button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reconnect the TV power cord to the wall power outlet and check if it turns on OK.
