Screen won't wake up after sleeping until force restart

Hey bro i have an iphone 11 pro got its screen replaced a 2 months back and now after some time i leave it its display wents black but the phone works and after force restart it goes back to normal ,but note nothing happens while i am using it whenever i leave it and after some time i look back at my phone to use it it does this thing i thought it was the battery but it isnt i replaced it a week ago ,Note that my phone is fine while i am using it its screen only goes black when i dont use it for some minutes,Also i data analyzer says nand or CHarging flex or power button flex is the issue

Well the most basic fix to this solution is to update your iphone to it latest software version this ca help you in fixing the issue. Sometimes outdated software version can also cause this kind of issue.

Haseeb, your first task is to get us some information about the problem on your phone. Chances are pretty good that there are files called panic logs stored on your phone that may be able to tell us what's going on with it. Your job now is to read the Kernel Panics wiki page and use the information there to locate and copy the first page of the latest panic log you can find.

Once you have that, come back and edit your new question to include a screenshot or cut'n'paste of that first page.
