I have no sound on my HP Spectre Laptop

Hi,

I recently had my HP Spectre x360 laptop repaired at Concorde Computers now have no sound. They repaired because the screen was cracked inside. Can you please help with no sound?

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Have you checked the status of the sound controller in Device Manager?
