3 of 4 windows do not work...only front passenger works...any ideas?
I have replaced driver side master switch but still only front passenger side window goes up and down...other 3 do not work.

@sawwy64 this could be an issue with the window lockout switch. You will have to check the switch (I know you said you rot a replacement, check anyway), power window motors as well as the wiring. It might be a bit much to post every single step off that as an answer. However, here are the instructions for the testing of the Power Window and use this to check the Power Window Wiring. It's going to be tedious but not very complicated.
