White screen on a Samsung Syncmaster 950NW

Hello,

Sycmaster 940NW is recognised by laptops (even passes its serial number via VGA), but the display is completely white and OSD does not appear.

I have replaced a fuse and a diode bridge on the internal PSU (before that, the screen did not even switch on).

How do I troubleshoot further?

Here's the service manual for a Syncmaster 940NW that may help.

(Although you did also say 950NW - which is it?)

When you have downloaded and extracted all the files, open the file marked 740NW[7].pdf and then go to p.4-3 (3 of 8 pdf numbering) and follow the No video troubleshooting flowchart.
