Charging port black middle section missing unable to be charged

today I got a Chromebook online that just came in and when I went to charge my Chromebook the middle section of the USBC part was missing and the Chromebook was unable to be charged. is there a way I can fix it by taking the black part off another Chromebook or replace it without removing the whole motherboard at home
