1 Solid Red LED with no connection to the target
My MX Master 3S always has a solid red LED on it. After every power on and off, I can see a green LED come up. Below, I can see the mouse in pairing mode, and it appears on my laptop as well. But then, after 1 minute, it turns to solid red, and I cannot see it anymore on my laptop.
Could this be a loose connection? Or does it require a battery replacement? I have a 2S and 3, all of which show that they are charging by blinking LEDs in both mice, but for my 3S, it just shows a solid red even when it is being charged. I have already charged it for 3 hours, but the same behaviour.
I have already changed my dongle to the universal bolt

A very stupid question, so I just take out the battery and check the voltage right away right? And it should be around 3.8V? It won't matter on the state of charge within the battery.

You said that you have already charged it for 3 hours so after this amount of time it would be very close to being fully charged so the voltage should be at least 3.8V.
