Hey folks, I have a old Nintendo 3DS that has two black screens, it turns on the other lights normally and the only thing that opens is the Luma3DS booth screen, however, it does not start the common start screen. Has anyone experienced this problem?

RTCBug it is! The fix is pretty simple:
If it boots by then, you're all set and shouldn't have to worry about this again.

I did this before and doesn't work for me, Is there any other solution? Do you think it could be something related to the hardware?
@agatha40506 I don't see how it could be a hardware issue, since everything else seems to load normally. I'll have to do some research on this. In the meantime, see if you can also access safe mode. Using the 3DS's Safe Mode
@agatha40506 Sorry this took so long! Let's try the Black screen unbrick page from the wiki. Start by checking that luma and gm9 are up to date; they should be v13.2.1 and v2.1.1 respectively. (If they aren't, update them and try the rtcbug fix again, just to be safe.)
Next, make a NAND backup (https://3ds.hacks.guide/godmode9-usage.h...), store it somewhere safe, and start from Section III - Luma3DS Configuration Reset. (https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Black_...)
