My iPhone 6 battery does not perform well (about an hour only)
I have replaced the battery but still it does not perform as it did before.

You need a new battery. The battery could be the same battery and they just changed the percentage data. Or they purchased a dead battery as new stock unwittingly. There are fakes out there also.
The odds of it being a hardware issue are low compared to the odds of having a dead battery especially in an iPhone six as they are getting on in age good parts are harder to find. I would try another battery replacement .

The battery is no longer able to hold a charge. You can check the battery life under settings and battery.

Was the battery replacement done by a tech shop or something, I had a similar issue where my iphone 8 battery even though it was new just didnt hold charge the same, it turned out that the phone knew it wasnt the original so it didnt actually charge it.
By that I mean that it said it was 100% but in actual fact it only charged to 20% and died really quick.

@hampter yes i did but still the battery drains in an hour even if the screen is off.
