My tecno spark 5pro loud speaker isn't working

@maviskankam you need to start with the basics. Things like

1. Restart your phone.
2. Check your volume settings. Make sure that your phone is not in silent mode.
3. Clean the speaker grills. The speaker grill on your phone can get clogged with dirt and dust, which can block the sound.
4. Check for update of your phone's software. IF there are any updates, proceed to install them. Tecno may have found a software issue that will be resolved with an update.

Now, if none of that made a difference and if all of your software settings are properly set to support sound, then the issue could be a bad speaker.

Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video to work on your phone.
