My hard drive won't go in anymore

Hello! I have this Macbook, due to the need of backing up the data I had to eject the drive a couple of times and now the hard drive won't go in anymore. I've used a flashlight to look in the hard drive hole and it looks like one of the rubber sides has collapsed and doesn't let me to install the hard drive. What can I do?
