Service call on GE side by side. CX said unit was making noise one night and had h20 on floor following morning. Now both units too warm, with exception of produce drawer...too cold. Did the self diag- indicated fan #5 open. All others p(ass). So I look to the dampers. a volt check between the j2 and j3 contacts only gave a .1 standing voltage on all dampers. Any clues...anyone? Thx

The fault code you said indicated it is for a fan?
Have you checked that the evap fan was working?
Here's the evap fan troubleshooting flowchart (which includes the dampers) from the service manual for the model that may help.
