What is the model number of the air con unit?
Are you sure it's the motor and not any of the components in the motor's operate circuit e.g. capacitors, switches etc?

In generally if an AC blower motor is slow it might be either because of faulty motor or capacitor so its better to try to change capacitor and check before changing the motor
