i have one 16gb atnt iphone 4s and one 32gb sprint iphone 4s... is it possible to switch logic boards??? will that switch memory compacity also???what else will be swapped???? i want to sell the sprint iphone but my atnt 16gb is not enough memory...

No. Sprint and AT&T have 2 totally different cellular networks, they're not inter-compatible, and as such, Apple had to slightly rework the iPhone for Sprint.

This is an old question, but in case anyone is stopping by---the real answer is YES.
The logic board *is* the phone. In the 4S, there aren't any differences in the hardware bits that plug into either a GSM (ATT) or CDMA (Sprint) logic board. You will have a Sprint 32gb phone.
