Won't power up unless plugged in, and only aux. is available.
My Beats Pill + is changing normally, and batteries check good, so why it can't turn on with batteries? You can plug it in and it will power on, but only the auxiliary works no Bluetooth function. Does the Beats Pill + have a common or typical problem? Anyway thanks to all that use their time to troubleshoot my issue or issues with the Beat Pill + Bluetooth Speaker System.

Hi I'm having the same issue. I've tried to do a reset to the factory settings, but don't know if it took lol also I noticed I can't turn up or down the volume.
