New 3DS isn't booting after factory reset. Recovery mode works

Recently i bought an used but never played new 3DS XL and had a factory reset. When the reseting was being done the screen turned black and nothing more happened. I powered off the 3DS but it never booted again. I can access recovery mode but It can't update the system and turns off again. I don't think it's a modded 3DS because the SD card didn't had anything and when I put the files inside and press start or select I can't get any cfw menu
