Thinkcentre M900z All in one - Why my system doesn't power up?

Hello I'm Boikie from South Africa, I'm kindly asking for assistance of any sort with my Lenovo Thinkcentre M900z Desktop, It doesn't want to power on. It was working perfectly, but last week I tried to switch it on and no response (nothing happens). Please help I don't know what could be the cause nor what to do. Thanks in advance ....The power cable works perfectly

@braboikie you did not tell us if your computer gives you any start-up beeps or any other error code. Since you did not mention any of this, I assume that your computer does not give a sign of life. If so, then I would suggest you disassemble your computer and check the PSU. Here is the ThinkCentre M900z Maintenance Manual Page 101 will show you how to work on it. Let us know what you find out.

I'm sorry about that and yes it doesn't respond at all,no sound,no light, nothing

@braboikie I'd definitely start with the power supply. Let us know what comes of it. You know the iFIxit community is here to help you with all of that.
