Is there a program that lets me look into a device's electrical diagra

I'm looking for a free application that lets me look into the schematic diagram of different phones or computers for learning purposes.

If there is any that offers them I would be glad.

I use Mentor Pads and it was free not sure of it is still outside. Its the actual files that are not always available for free. Snoop through the many online forums that deal with board-level repair and see what you can download in the wild. Again the viewer is not the issue, its the schematics
