You might have your Phone one silent. Try to find any notch on the side of the phone or try to find an option on your phones settings.

Hello Godfather, the reason can be, your call volume is too low, for you to hear it, as YourAverageIdiot mentioned, it also can be because your phone is set to silent. Another reason, could be you don't have a call ringtone, please try fixing that, and get someone to call to and let us know if it works!
