Ps4 can't start any application for more than half hour

I bought second hand ps4 slim 500 gb one and half month ago. Since the first day ps4 wasn't working properly and there were tons of error like corrupted data, can't start ps4, it was heating so quickly and the shuts down, I have reinstalled the system like for to five times but it isn't working either.
