car over heat temp on traffic
when on traffic my car temp go up and when apply the gas it go down to normal temp

I love my Mazda's.
Also check that the radiator fan is running. I had an old 323 once that about every year the fan would stop running, less a few taps with a hammer, and had to replace it. Same issue, heated up during a stop, and cooled down while driving simply because while moving air is flowing through the radiator to cool it.
If you can't find the issue, I wouldn't hesitate to take it to get it checked. The last thing you need is to get caught in a road jam and blow the head gasket.

On models with a radiator cap...if you let it sit idle after running it a bit, and add water, if it starts "spitting" the water out you probably have a bad thermostat.

Check your belt on the water pump. It might be that your water pump needs to be replaced. Whenever you push on the accelerator the engine revs higher and the water pump turns faster......of course make sure that your coolant level is proper.
