Broken Fan , completely dead

Hi Guys

So the fan in my mac mini it's completely dead .. i broke the little connector trying to pull it off .. been trying to fix it for about 7 hours and nothing.

So my question are:

1. my box still under warranty (i think i just wiped it) would apple charge reasonably for the part?

2. anywhere else where i could buy the original part? i can't find it anywhere so far

3.maybe another fan that fits well into the thing? i still have the case of the fan so if i could find the servo inside i could replace it maybe?

It's not clear - is the connector broken off the board or the end of the fan? A new fan would have the connector... a new logic board is a lot more costly.
