Replaced my screen and I'm having issues (moving on its own)

Hello

my phone was water damaged I think (the screen went greenish white and I had liquid warning the day before)

I replaced the screen and I'm having trouble with ghost touch, the screen just goes all over the place when I use it for more than 5-8mins and the phone gets hot at the bottom half and sometimes not even when it's hot it just does weird scroll up and down when the phone is relatively cold

is it water damaged? or I just got a faulty screen? I contacted the shop who sold me the screen and he said if the phone gets hot the screen does sometimes
