My laptop gives an imminent failure SMART message at startup BUT all tests show drive is healthy. Nevertheless I want to replace the Nvme drive.
How do I replace it? A step by step video would assist.

Are you sure that the SMART message wasn't referring to the HDD? If it is it may be advisable to replace the HDD with a sata SSD as well.
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.41 to view the procedure to replace the SSD drive.

Hi
The error refers to ATA 500gb WDC WD5000LPLX-60ZNTT1.
That is one of the 500GB HDDs mentioned in the service guide - part # 703267-001 (example of the drive by looking for the part number see p.39.)
Replace it with a sata SSD for improved performance (supplier example only to show what sata SSD are compatible with the laptop - search online for suppliers that suit you best.
Click on "storage" to find the sata SSD. An NVMe SSD will not insert into the sata slot where the HDD was.
