I hear a big noise while driving on asphalt at normal speed ,
my car is equipped with Chinese tires,is that high noise is because of those tires?

It's unlikely that budget tires will make a huge amount of noise at low speeds. If the steering wheel is vibrating at low speeds, and that's what you're referring to, I suggest you balance your tires. A metallic clanging sound might be loose heat shields. I'd suggest you describe the noise in more detail, as well as specify when it happens, etc.

@mahmoudelnems it could be road noise from the tires but it could be other things too. Let us know what that noise sounds like. You need to rule out noise from your wheel bearings and from your drive axles etc. How old are the tires? What have you checked? What vehicle is this?
