Generally when the symptoms you describe occur it is often due to a failed screen, which could include either the LCD or the backlight.
Has anything happened recently to the phone that could be related to the issue, such as being dropped, getting wet or some sort of system update? Does the phone respond correctly when connected to a computer?
Assuming you've tried hard resets, power cycles, etc., then at this point we don't really have a definitive diagnosis, but the most likely fix is to replace the screen. I hesitate to recommend it but without more information on what's wrong, that's the only fix that makes sense to do right now.
Your phone is typical of Samsung Galaxy phones in that the screen comes with the frame attached so replacement consists of basically removing all of the components of the old phone and moving them into the new frame with the replacement screen attached. Sorry to say iFixit doesn't have a guide, but there's a French site called SOSav that does.
