Removing the RTC battery only resets the BIOS back to factory defaut setting but if it is not a corrupted BIOS but rather a hardware problem doing this won't fix it. You can try but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.
The motherboard's make and model number is printed on the motherboard itself so you will need to open the PC case to see it.
Some motherboards have what is known as "debug" LED lights on the board that will tell you what the problem is if the PC doesn't pass POST (power on self test) when it is started. The debug info is the the motherboard user manual (if you have it or search online for it from the motherboard manufacturer's support page for the motherboard).
With others you will need to connect a system speaker (example only) to the appropriate header pins on the motherboard so that you can hear what is called the "beep error code" when it fails to POST.
The header pin information can be found in the motherboard's user manual (if you have it or search online for it from the motherboard manufacturer's support page for the motherboard).
Once you know the beep error code, search online for (insert motherboard make and model number) beep error code to find out what it means.
If it passes POST OK and it does turn on and boot into Windows etc but still with no display it could be a faulty GPU card, monitor cable or monitor.

Hi @ahmed26182,
What is the make and model number of the motherboard?
Have you tried another monitor (TV perhaps- HDMI) just to verify that the monitor is not the problem?
