Why does my washer stop at 11 minutes

My washing machine stops at 11 minutes and does nothing for a few minutes, then it beeps three times 3 beeps each and displays the error code "OE".

Now, OE is for drain pipe blocking so I clean up the entire drain pipe and tried a Tub clean, the water does get drained a first few times but then at 11 minutes again it stops and does the same thing again.

So far, I have removed and cleaned the drain pipe, checked the pipe from the wall to the washer and cleaned the drain pump. but nothing seems to be helping.

Does anyone know what else could be the problem? The drain pipe has been cleaned all the way upto the wall
