Even tough my headphones are fully charged, after a few minutes of fonctionning, the headphone just shut down and a single red light appears on one end of the 5 small leds. Is this a battery problem and If yes, can I easily change it myself?

From what you are saying yes it does sound like a bad battery
It’s not the hardest thing to replace but it can be a challenge for some
