Why won't my xbox power on it fell off my dresser
My xbox fell of my dresser and now won't power on or do anything if i replace the power source in the game and add a new fan is it possible it will work again after

You have to find out, usually power supplies don't fail that easily, more likely to be board or HDD issue.

@tjchitty it's all a guess until you open it up and see what was damaged. Don't just replace parts willy-nilly, that gets expensive and is unnecessary. Use these guides Xbox One S All Digital Edition to open it up. Then you can take a look around and if you see something that is "odd" looking, post some pictures of it with your QUESTION.
