Kenmore 5 burner gas range Pilot Won't light

So my gas ran out on my Kenmore , got more gas and I can not get pilot to relight. My landlord checked as well and it won't work. However, all burners will light and the oven does too. So everything but pilot works. Is it safe to not have pilot lit?

Based on the model number you gave, I am not certain this stove even uses a pilot. I believe this stove has electric ingnitors for the top burners. Does the stove click when lighting the burners? If so. then you may have a problem with the ignitors.

Yep, when I turn the knobs they click then light Automatically. And I push the button to turn on oven, it works. I pull out broiler drawer, look up, and see flames. But last time I put gas in, I had to light pilot

I don't understand why everything works without it lit lol. And I haven't smelled gas either.

So based on your info here the stove is what is called "pilotless" or "electric start". There are no pilots and your stove is operating according to the manufacturer's specifications. In other words, there is no pilot to be lit. You are fine. Even if the stove didnt lite when the clicking started, it is possible to hold a match to the burner and it will lite.

You have no worries. It is working correctly.

Are you sure? Last time, my friend pulled broiler drawer out, saw where the pilot was lit before (,it was always on) and relit it...

Looking at the image and the parts for the model you posted, it looks like the oven burner (supplier example only to show image)

@jim10203 is correct in that the range has electric ignition for all burners including the oven so there's no need for a pilot light.

The above pic appears to be the burner orifice for the oven. The two wires go to a heating element that switches the gas valve on and ignites the burner once the element reaches a certain temperature. This is definitely an electric start oven and has no pilot. You should be fine.
