I can't set the oven temperature below 350F. When I press the Bake button the 350 temp comes up and pressing the "down" arrow does nothing. I can increase the temperature but can't lower it. Any suggestions?

Does the down arrow work OK when used for other functions e.g. time, Broil Lo?
If not then it may be a faulty down button or a problem in the control board part #318296824. (example only to show possible cost of part). There are other suppliers online. Search using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

Thank you, didn't think of trying the "down" arrow for anything else! I'm away from home right now but will check that out.
