Hisense Logo has broken Line on top, won't boot further

I have a 75H6510G

The TV turns on, shows the Hisense logo (proper logo), then it will show an Image of a Hisense logo with a broken horizontal image as shown. it will turn off and turn back on after a minute or so.

the pattern is same, normal logo, then a logo with Broken line at the top.
