My engine power reduce light comes on then my service traction light

My engine power reduce light comes on then my service traction light comes on then my car would start jerking if I tried to hit the gas pedal and it won’t let me go anymore how do I fix that .

It may help to check battery voltage, drive belt and alternator output.
