I got no output ive changed gpu,ram,motherboard,cpu

I turn my pc on fans are on, no output, ik the monitor works cause well I use it everyday, I've tried 2 GPU nothing, I see people write things like change start-up options but I cant do that as I cant see the screen, help???

What is the make and model number the PC or the motherboard if a custom build?

can you get into BIOS with a display?

Changing the motherboard as well doesn't leave too many options except perhaps the PSU.

Try the paperclip test on the PSU and make sure that all the voltages are there and correct

My motherboard is a ASUS PRIME H610M-E DDR4 LGA1700 mATX Desktop Motherboard

My Psu worked in my main build then I took it out, left for about a month then started building this, I feel try the paperclip test tomorrow morning as Ill need to go buy paperclips, Ill inform you tomorrow morning, Thank you so much for your help

Initially I missed that you said that you changed the motherboard so it shouldn't be the problem. Sorry about that.

You only need the one paperclip or any metal wire that fits into the appropriate pin connections of the PSU motherboard power cable plug.

You'll need a digital multimeter though to read the voltages
