Hi,

Sounds like the AMD GPU has failed and when the GPU is removed from the motherboard it is working using the iGPU in the CPU.

Not much you can do if the discrete GPU has failed, except replace it

Hey, Thank you for replying 😊

Yes it seemed this way that the GPUnhas failed is there's anyway i can know what make the GPU failed is GPU can be fixed?

And is there's any issue that can cause the GPU failed from my mobo just making sure.

Thanks

@Ali

Heat is one factor so maybe check if the GPU fan is OK (not clogged with dust) and also if the thermal paste on the GPU itself is OK and not dried out.

If it has dried out then the heat transfer from the GPU to the heat sink is not as effective and the GPU may get too hot especially if intensive video i.e. gaming, is being done

If the GPU has failed it can't be fixed it has to be replaced.
