I have looked all over Mouser, Kemet, and Digi-key. But can not find an exact match to replace my CB702 Capacitor.
Specs: (33UF, 16v, 20% , Tant-Poly, Case-B3)

Apple loves to make use of these specific capacitors. They were likely custom manufactured for Apple. 16V 33uF is sort of an oddball specification. And is another way Apple makes things less easily repaired by people in the know.
Honestly. These caps are on PPBUS_G3H which has a very large number of other capacitors. If you cannot replace this singular cap, it is unlikely to have an appreciable affect on this line. Although the fact that it's marked "Critical" on the schematic would lean me in the direction of replace it anyway. It's definitely better to have it that not, but its absence may not be super noticeable.
You are unlikely to find them on Mouser, Digi-key or other such vendors. Last I knew though they could be had on eBay or AliExpress, or referenced by specific part numbers, but I might have to do some detective work to find it.
UPDATE: Found a bunch of info, but this old forum post and some data from the manufacturer might be helpful in pinning down a suitable replacement. I haven't had luck finding an exact match, but that is not uncommon based on my recollection of this particular cap, which is a frequent point of failure.

Okay, according to one site I ran across, the B3 case size has the following dimensions:
L W1 W2 H Z
3.5 ± 0.2 2.8 ± 0.2 2.2 ± 0.1 1.1 ± 0.1 0.8 ± 0.2
Where W2 is the width of the contacts and Z is the length of the contacts on either side.
AliExpress has some SMD caps that look like they are a pretty exact match. Here's the page.

The specific one I'm looking at has a selection button labelled "B 16V 33UF 336C"

I already put in my order for the AliExpress capacitors and am waiting for them to come in. I'll give updates on how things work out.
Im in this whole mess because my a1707 MacBook randomly stopped turning on one day. It had a weird electrical smell, but eventually, within two days of sitting on a charger, it turned on. (dumb thing to do). But I didn’t think much about the situation at the time. Until my MacBook died on me again last week.
It would charge at 20v but only had 0.3mA coming in. I took apart my board and found a blown capacitor, so i'm hoping thats all there is wrong.
@Justin Borishkevich Sounds textbook. These capacitors are notorious for going bad. Burnt tantalum capacitor is a very distinct smell. PPBUS_G3H is essentially the main power rail for most MacBooks so the bad capacitor could definitely be the only cause.
Honestly I would test it even before the capacitors come. Desolder the old capacitor and see if it will power on. That should remove the short to ground on that rail which would allow the computer to power normally. Then once you get the replacement caps, put a fresh one on and pat yourself on the back.

Did you find anything close? The package type and the capacitance values need to match, but the voltage isn't critical as long as it's at least as great as the original; i.e., you can always use a 50V capacitor in place of a 16V one but not vice versa. The tolerance can be tighter as well; if you find a 1% tolerance that's even better than a 20% version; as long as the number is less than the original.

I did find similar spec capacitors, except they were all 25v instead of 16v. Wish I knew its not that big of an issue, but, you learn something new everyday. Thanks for the info and help! Im probably going to get a higher voltage and higher tolerance capacitor, just to see if there are any noticeable differences in how the logic board behaves.
