Why doesn't my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ work with a SIM card?

I've went to T-Mobile to get my SIM card for my tablet, and it doesn't seem to work with the sim card! Is it the sim card or the product itself?

Was the tablet purchased from a mobile phone service provider other than T-Mobile?

If so it may be network locked to that provider and needs to be unlocked for it to work with T-Mobile

Does it detect that the SIM card is inserted?

What information, if any, is shown in Settings > Connections > mobile Networks?

Has the SIM card lock been enabled? Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Other security settings > Set up SIM card lock

Can you try another known working, same network, nano SIM card?
