Newly installed battery don't charge

Hello there, I have replaced new battery to my laptop but its not charging. On the battery information state that the battery is installed, condition normal, amperage 0,

charging no, voltage 12188, cycle count one.

I did reset the SMC centre but did not work. Any suggestions please? Thanks

Let’s get a better view of things, install this gem of an App! CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window with the battery tab extended while the MagSafe charger is plugged in and post it here for us to see.

Also what is the color of the MagSafe charger LED? Amber, Green, or not lit
