Restart your computer, and then immediately press the f11 key repeatedly. Click Start. Press and hold the shift key, click Power, and then select Restart while holding the shift key. Continue holding the shift key while the computer restarts.

Hi,
Can you start it with the charger connected?
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging, when the charger is connected?
Please confirm the model number of your laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
