Have to press the home button or power button multiple times to wake?
I have to press the home button or power button several times to wake the iPad. Some times the screen will lighten without complete display. I have tried factory reset with no improvement. Anyone have a resolution
Does the home button work fine except for when waking from sleep?

Yes, it seems to work fine once it is awake.

@jeremywaddison What version are you running? Sounds like a lag issue due to having a newer operating system. Apple's been sued for these types of allegations - to slow older products to encourage you to buy a new one.

I’d have to check to be certain but I can say it is at least 15 and I believe it was updated to 16
