Pending the answers to my comment above, I'll give you my best answer on the assumption that it's the front-facing microphone that's giving you problems.
As nearly as I can tell, the front facing microphone that's used when making phone calls or video chat applications is located on the same flex cable as the headphone jack and charging port. The bad news is there aren't any parts or guides for replacing that part here on iFixit, but the good news is the parts are readily available and there is a guide posted on the French site sosav.com.
There are a lot of places you can buy the charging port flex cable that has the microphone attached; they're not expensive. Here's one of the first ones I came across with a simple search; you shouldn't have any trouble finding one for your area.

Hi Dhanush,
The Galaxy A70 has two microphones; one at the bottom of the phone that works when talking on the phone and one at the top that's used for recording video with the rear facing cameras. Which one is giving you problems?
Is there sound when you video record? Do you not get audio when using the phone or a voice recording app?
Give us a little more detail and we'll see what we can do to help. For instance, has anything happened to the phone recently? Drops or damage? Water? OS updates? Any kind of repairs done?
