@albertou have you tried the display in a different device? Does it work? Have you tried a different display on your computer? What are the make and model for both. Check your cable make sure it is okay.

Hi @albertou,

You said "...then my screen was working fine i cleaned ram updated window nothing work". Why did you clean the ram if everything was OK before the update?

Can you get into BIOS OK with a good display on the screen?

Re-read your question, you said "my desplay is fine i use android box and then my screen was working fine i cleaned ram ...".

To me that reads the display was OK - then you cleaned the ram and after this (or windows update) it didn't

Can you get into BIOS with a display, you didn't say?

Did you try safe mode or recovery mode to go back to previous restore point if you have one?

You didn't mention the desktop computer specs i.e. motherboard make and model number, GPU card make and model number or the operating system that is installed.

Since you have selected a custom built desktop PC I'll assume that you have Win 10 installed.

To get into BIOS with most PCs you press either the Del key or the F10 key as soon as the PC is started and before it boots into the operating system. Check the user manual for your motherboard to find out which one is the correct one to use.

Press the key rapidly a few times because there is only a small window of opportunity to get into BIOS before the PC boots.

If you miss and it boots into Windows then press and hold the PC's power button operated until the PC shuts down and try again

If you get into BIOS and the display is OK then it seems as though you have a Windows problem and not a hardware problem.

If you get into BIOS with a faulty display then there is a hardware problem. If you have a GPU card installed that may be the culprit.

To get into Windows recovery mode here's a link that will help. Select the 2nd option How to enter Windows 10’s Safe Mode by interrupting the normal boot sequence (three times in a row).

When in the Windows Recovery Environment menus select Troubleshoot > Advanced > Startup repair and follow the prompts.

If that doesn't work try Troubleshoot > Advanced > System Restore. Hopefully there will be a restore point set that you can select , the date of which is before you started having problems.

Maybe the graphics card is dead? Does the PC use an iGPU or a dedicated graphics card installed in the pcie slot? I think you mean by cleaning the ram you cleared the cmos
