Xbox turns on for 1 minute 8 seconds then turns off

Tried everything, taken apart and cleaned the power supply & the console. No water damage, not overheating, didn’t drop it. When it turns on my controller cannot connect & the signal doesn’t show up on my tv. Tried different hdmi cord, different outlet, left it to rest for days & still the same problem.
