@badusha you cannot access it unless it powers up. There is no way to access a dead device. The only way to get data off this device is by getting it fixed to the point of powering on.
Can I get the Google account without password? No you can't

Does it do anything at all? Can you get it to the point it is recognized as a device on USB?.

It can't do anything. It's screen is also not turning on, I can't see anything.

Have you access to a computer? If it can be detected at all even as an unrecognized device it should be possible to recover your data. If not, you can't recover it yourself but that doesn't mean it can't be recovered at all.

To the best of my knowledge it must be repaired at least to the point that it can be accessed by a computer which can then read and recover your data. If it has an sd card that can be removed and still has whatever data is stored on it but the built in memory can only be read if it is rereadble by another device or is repaired WITHOUT replacement of the system board containing your data. Like if apple "repairs" a device by swapping out the board with your data instead of fixing it. If you can't fix or get it fixed hang on to it until you can. Your data is still there almost certainly recoverable.
