On board Fishing Vessels this a Ford Bantam with a Rocam 1.3 engine I assume? What have you checked? How does the engine run/perform?
Could be plenty of things like an engine that is flooding, leaking injectors, bad plugs, bad coil for that plug, failed piston rings and a bunch more things.
