Tear-down and repair guide for Revolution Smart Toaster?

Muh toaster has a touch screen with limited options. I wanna tty or ssh in and optimize some of the toasting timings for thick sliced bread.

Also am worried about future repairability for the automated popper upper and the touch screen. Also curious to know if the main board is replaceable….
