Wifi not able to turn on or can't search for network
Wifi can't be used. when enabling wifi function, it will either turn off by itself or turn on but can not see available network

There are several reasons why the Wi-Fi does not turn on, I will try to describe some of them:

its very kind of you to answer my question and explained it in such details, I appreciate it very much.
however I have tired your recommendations other than factory reset, but no avail.
one thing that i suspected is that the very chip itself that is having some issue
my device is one Plus 5T which runs on snapdragon 835.
and one other things i notice is that my LTE network will not work as well once i turned on wifi or bluetooth of both, which means if either bluetooth or wifi is on along side with LTE network, the phone will indicate no sim card is available. the only way i am getting back my LTE is to turn off both wifi and bluetooth and restart the device then the LTE is back to working condition, with very low LTE network speed with data transfer speed always less than 10 Mbps( i have tried the same sim for other phone which is between 20 to 90+ Mbps).
do you happen to know if the Wifi module stand alone component or it is integrated into the processor itself?
